同儕學習

        同儕學習是一種以「互動與合作」為核心的學習方式,透過學生之間的交流、討論與共同解決問題,促進知識的內化與能力的提升。在這個過程中,學習者不只是知識的接收者,更是教學的參與者與貢獻者。
        學生透過彼此的觀點分享與經驗交流,能夠產生多元思考、深化理解,並培養批判性思維與溝通協作能力。同儕學習也能提升學習動機,因為在平等與支持的氛圍中,學生更容易建立自信與歸屬感。教師的角色則從知識傳遞者轉為引導者,透過設計適當的任務與評量機制,幫助學生在互助中達成共學與共成長的目標。

Peer learning is a learning approach centered on "interaction and cooperation". Through communication, discussion, and problem-solving among students, it promotes the internalization of knowledge and the enhancement of abilities. In this process, learners are not only recipients of knowledge but also participants and contributors to teaching.
By sharing perspectives and exchanging experiences with each other, students can develop diverse thinking, deepen understanding, and cultivate critical thinking and communication and collaboration skills. Peer learning can also enhance learning motivation because in an atmosphere of equality and support, students are more likely to build confidence and a sense of belonging. The role of teachers shifts from knowledge transmitters to facilitators, helping students achieve the goals of mutual learning and growth through the design of appropriate tasks and assessment mechanisms.
