PAITDA 採用「多方共創」合作模式,結合學校、政府、企業與教師四大主體。合作可分為三層架構:

1. 國際師資輸出層:由PAITDA統籌菲律賓教師招募、培訓與派任,確保教學品質與文化適應。
2. 教育機構合作層:與各國學校簽訂專案合作協議,引入AI教學系統、雙語課程與國際閱讀計畫。
3. 科技支持層:整合ABCmouseCambridge AI Learning System等平台,協助建立學習數據中心與教師評估系統。
此模式強調「本地化管理、國際化資源」,使合作機構能在低成本、高效益下快速導入國際教育體系。


PAITDA employs a “multi-stakeholder co-creation” model integrating four key entities—schools, governments, enterprises, and educators. The collaboration operates through a three-tier framework:
1. **International Teacher Deployment:** PAITDA manages recruitment, training, and placement of Filipino educators, ensuring teaching quality and cultural adaptability.
2. **Institutional Partnership:** Partner schools sign project agreements introducing AI teaching systems, bilingual curricula, and international reading initiatives.
3. **Technology Integration:** Platforms such as ABCmouse and the Cambridge AI Learning System are used to build data-driven learning centers and teacher evaluation frameworks.
This model emphasizes localized management with global resources, enabling institutions to integrate international education efficiently and sustainably.

 3人以上核心團隊組成,具備學校或補教資源。
 可每季舉辦1–2場活動(說明會、研習、比賽)。
 配合PAITDA視覺與品牌規範對外宣傳。

 Able to host 1–2 events per quarter (briefings, workshops, competitions).

 每週可投入4–8小時校園推廣與社群維運。
 具英語溝通與簡報能力,熟悉社群媒體操作。
 接受PAITDA培訓與考核,遵循校園合作規範。
