PAITDA’s operations are based on a three-axis model of Educational Services, Technology Licensing, and Long-term Revenue Sharing. Partner institutions participate through either a one-time licensing fee or annual collaboration arrangement, with PAITDA providing full teacher management, platform access, and operational consulting. Revenue sources include:
1. Teacher deployment and management fees (monthly shared revenue);
