未來三年，PAITDA 將以「泛亞教育共榮圈」為核心戰略，推動三項重點發展：
1. 建立10個區域營運中心（台北、馬尼拉、河內、曼谷、雅加達等），形成跨國支持網絡；
2. 培訓1000位國際教師與AI學習專員，打造亞洲最大教育人才庫；
3. 推動「AI＋閱讀＋雙語」實驗校計畫，與各國教育部門及企業合作，建立國際標竿。
長期而言，PAITDA 將成為亞洲教育國際化與數位轉型的示範平台，促進教育公平與可持續發展。
Over the next three years, PAITDA’s “Pan-Asia Education Synergy” strategy will prioritize three key initiatives:
1. Establishing 10 regional operation hubs (Taipei, Manila, Hanoi, Bangkok, Jakarta, etc.) to form a robust cross-border network;
2. Training 1,000 international teachers and AI learning specialists to build Asia’s largest educational talent pool;
3. Implementing the “AI + Reading + Bilingual” model school initiative with government and enterprise partnerships to set international benchmarks.
In the long term, PAITDA aims to become Asia’s leading model for international education and digital transformation—advancing educational equity, innovation, and sustainability across the region.
